Huaming Park in Moscow

The Hua Ming Park Business Center is a high-profile, government-led complex located in the northeastern administrative district of Moscow. Spanning 5 hectares, the authentic Chinese-style garden within the complex required traditional roofing materials that adhered strictly to classical architectural proportions and heritage restoration criteria. Following a rigorous international bidding process, Dannuo Gardens was appointed as the exclusive roof tile supplier. Over a five-year period of deep technical collaboration, we successfully supported the completion of Moscow’s first authentic Chinese-style landmark park.

Constructing a classical Chinese garden in Moscow presents a severe climate challenge. The region experiences prolonged, harsh winters with temperatures frequently dropping below -20℃, exposing building materials to relentless freeze-thaw cycles and heavy snow loads.

To ensure absolute structural integrity, Dannuo Gardens’ traditional grey roof tiles underwent rigorous lab testing for frost resistance. In the field, our tiles have successfully withstood years of extreme temperature fluctuations and high humidity without a single instance of surface peeling, powdering, or micro-cracking, proving their exceptional structural durability.

1. High-Density Natural Clay: Formulated from refined, iron-rich natural clay to eliminate structural voids and minimize water absorption.
2. Reduction Firing Process: Kiln-fired at precise high temperatures using a traditional reduction atmosphere. This chemical reaction develops the deep, stable grey hue throughout the entire body of the tile without using any synthetic chemical coatings or artificial pigments.
3. Decades-Long Lifespan: This fully mineral-based structure guarantees excellent UV resistance, complete weatherproofing, and a service life engineered to exceed a century.
